01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShieldBridge Technologies website or engaging our cybersecurity and compliance services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

02Services

ShieldBridge Technologies provides cybersecurity and compliance consulting services including but not limited to:

• ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification readiness and advisory
• IT audit and governance assessments
• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• Security Operations Centre (SOC) design and implementation
• Physical and organisational security consulting
• Technical security services including hardening and remediation

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between ShieldBridge and the client.

03Your Obligations

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for service delivery
• Obtain all necessary authorisations before allowing ShieldBridge to conduct assessments or testing on systems, networks, or infrastructure
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the terms of your service agreement
• Cooperate reasonably with ShieldBridge personnel during the course of any engagement

04Intellectual Property

All content on the ShieldBridge website — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology documentation — is the intellectual property of ShieldBridge Technologies and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Deliverables produced specifically for a client engagement (such as audit reports and remediation roadmaps) are provided for that client's internal use. ShieldBridge retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from engagements for research, benchmarking, and service improvement purposes.

05Confidentiality

ShieldBridge treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your organisation's data, findings, or engagement details to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law or regulation.

Clients are similarly expected to maintain the confidentiality of ShieldBridge's proprietary methodologies, tooling, and any non-public information shared during an engagement.

06Limitation of Liability

ShieldBridge Technologies provides services on a best-efforts basis in accordance with industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ShieldBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement
• ShieldBridge does not guarantee that any assessment will identify all vulnerabilities or risks present in your environment

07Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. ShieldBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct that is unlawful or harmful.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed to date become immediately payable.

08Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

09Changes to These Terms

ShieldBridge Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
